This cube steak in the oven with its own gravy served with rice is the best steak you've ever eaten.

Ingredient
4 cube steaks 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1 can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
How to do
1. Preheat the oven to 165oC in 10 minutes. 2. Season with Cajun seasoning and black pepper on both sides of the steak. Place the steak in the greased tray (9x13 inch). Then, pour lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage over the steak. 3. In a small bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix. Pour the mixture over the steaks. Bake the cube steaks (uncovered) for about 1 hour. 4. When the steak reaches the desired doneness, spoon over the gravy and serve with boiled vegetables.
